Spader

The 60cm reciprocating spader that works, as the name suggests, like a set of 6 shovels. Ideal cultivating implement for farmers who work hard to create a perfect soil structure – and want to maintain it. The spader is gentle on the soil, leaves no hard pan, works in wet conditions and will bury tall standing crop residue without tangling or blocking.

Spading machines are agricultural machines designed for loosening and breaking up the soil. The principle is the same as that of digging by hand with a spade: blades are driven alternately into the soil, clods are lifted and thrown backwards, and the surface is levelled off by the action of a bar or rake.
